Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can contact our team within 12 hours of placing the order to make changes or cancel it before dispatch.

Q: Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
A: Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and more.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

Q: How much are the delivery charges?
A: Delivery is free on orders above Rs. 3,000. For smaller orders, a flat Rs. 250 shipping fee applies.
